Senior Recruiter – Remote (EU) – Contractor

About the role

MiraMira is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead and own the full recruiting lifecycle for its fast‑growing, women‑focused health startup. This remote, EU‑based contractor role will shape the hiring process, accelerate talent acquisition, and ensure high‑quality hires across senior, technical and complex positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for all departments in the U.S. and Europe, from intake to offer.
• Design, implement and continuously improve recruiting workflows, ATS configurations and assessment tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, set realistic expectations and align on compensation benchmarks.
• Evaluate candidates’ soft skills and cultural fit using structured, repeatable methods.
• Track recruiting KPIs, analyze data and drive process enhancements.
• Train and coach hiring managers on interview techniques and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including senior, technical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Proven success hiring for both U.S. and European markets.
• Experience building or overhauling recruiting processes at a startup or small company.
• Strong understanding of market salary benchmarks and ability to manage hiring manager expectations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
