Senior Project Manager, Events

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Events to lead internal People Experience initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of company events, travel operations, employee engagement programs, and internal communications, ensuring fast execution and alignment across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute internal events and employee experience projects from concept to completion.
• Manage travel‑related logistics, policies, vendor relationships and support for staff worldwide.
• Drive internal communications initiatives to keep teams informed and engaged.
• Act as the primary project owner, defining timelines, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with People Experience team members, including Senior Travel & Events Manager and Senior People Operations Specialist.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level project management experience in a fast‑paced, remote tech environment.
• Operational mindset with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Willingness to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET (aligned with US time zones).
