Senior Power BI Developer (Microsoft Fabric)

About the role

PRAXIS is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Fabric to support strategic banking projects. You will design, develop, and optimise modern analytical solutions that drive enterprise‑wide data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and maintain semantic data models and data‑modeling artefacts.
• Develop DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations.
• Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI Service workspaces.
• Integrate solutions with Lakehouse and Data Warehouse components in Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure governance, performance, scalability, and security across Fabric environments.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines for Power BI artefacts.
• Support complex analytics and reporting initiatives for banking clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Power BI.
• Strong, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Practical experience with DAX, Power Query (M), RLS, Power BI Service, and data modelling.
• Mandatory Microsoft certifications: PL‑300 and DP‑600.
• Nice‑to‑have: DP‑700 certification, banking industry experience, knowledge of data governance and data architecture.
