Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter to join a fast‑growing digital product used by a global community. Based in Portugal and working remotely, you will help shape core mobile experiences across iOS and Android while driving analytics‑focused improvements and measurable product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mobile product experiences across authentication, registration, search, discovery, profiles, photos, messaging, matching, and user engagement.
• Analyze and improve key product funnels such as registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging engagement, and match conversion.
• Own and contribute to analytics for core mobile journeys, helping teams understand user behavior.
• Monitor and enhance platform‑specific capabilities including push notifications, deep links, and real‑time features.
• Analyze mobile advertising and in‑app purchase revenue metrics and support monetization initiatives.
• Support compliance‑related functionality such as consent management, age verification, and user verification.
• Build and evolve production Flutter applications for iOS and Android using maintainable, scalable architecture.
• Contribute to multi‑flavor and white‑label delivery with brand‑specific configurations, assets, store identifiers, and Firebase environments.
• Develop automated unit and widget tests, maintaining high reliability and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and cross‑functional stakeholders in a fully remote international environment.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with Flutter and Dart 3.x, delivering and maintaining production apps for both iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture (UI, domain/use cases, repositories, framework layers).
• Hands‑on experience with BLoC, Provider, GetIt for dependency injection, and GoRouter for navigation.
• Experience using Dio for networking and immutable data models generated via code‑generation tools.
• Ability to analyze data, improve product funnels, and support monetization and compliance initiatives.
• Comfortable working remotely within an international, cross‑functional team.
