Systems Administrator

About the role

Luza is an all‑inclusive consulting company focused on talent, technology and innovation. The company seeks a Systems Administrator to manage and optimise both cloud‑based and on‑premises infrastructure for its global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage virtualised infrastructures using CloudStack, VMware, Hyper‑V and/or Proxmox VE.
• Troubleshoot systems, network and application issues.
• Perform technical testing and maintain operational documentation and reports.
• Support cloud‑based and on‑premises infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement, maintain and optimise infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor system performance to ensure stability and availability.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in systems administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows Server.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience with system monitoring and operational support.
• Comfortable working in both cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good technical documentation and communication skills.
• Proficient English for international collaboration.
