Senior Manager, Global Manufacturing Strategy & Offer

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior leader to shape and scale its global Manufacturing offering. Reporting to the Practice Area Offer Senior Director, you will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Business Line Lead and cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global Manufacturing offer strategy, portfolio, value proposition and roadmap.
• Monitor market trends, client demand and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead offer governance, coordinating global cross‑functional squads and improving operating rhythms.
• Drive go‑to‑market initiatives with industry sectors and adjacent practice areas, tailoring the offer to priority clients.
• Own and prioritize the offer development backlog, creating commercial assets, thought leadership and supporting collateral.
• Develop compelling offer narratives and partner with Marketing to execute internal and external campaigns.
• Enable capability building by integrating AI‑native and GenAI tools into offer development and delivery.
• Monitor commercial performance through pipeline, revenue and proposal metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior strategy or offer management roles within manufacturing or consulting.
• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across a global matrix organization.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and driving complex workstreams.
• Experience in commercializing service or consulting offers.
