Senior Manager, EMEA Events

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Events portfolio across the EMEA region. The role combines strategic stakeholder partnership, cross‑functional collaboration, and flawless execution of both internal and client‑facing events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with business leaders, anticipating needs and delivering best‑in‑class event services.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic event insights that drive measurable business impact.
• Coordinate diverse teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and outcomes.
• Oversee the planning and execution of a portfolio of internal and client‑facing events, maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage marketing processes including financial management, technology integration, and procurement.
• Engage stakeholders throughout each planning stage to ensure transparency and shared ownership.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in event management or event marketing.
• Proven track record in stakeholder relationship management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and adapt to changing requirements.
