Senior Maintenance Technician – Automation Systems (Netherlands)

About the role

As an all‑round Maintenance Technician you will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise advanced automation equipment and machinery at customer sites in the Netherlands. You will be the hands‑on problem‑solver ensuring complex machines run reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair of complex machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns on‑site and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure continuous production uptime by focusing on preventive maintenance and quality improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience servicing machinery, automation systems or industrial equipment.
• Technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field (strong plus).
• Strong troubleshooting ability and capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible and eager to continuously expand technical knowledge.
