About the role

Mastercard’s MDES team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help scale its payment tokenization services. You will design, build and deploy secure, high‑performance micro‑services that run on‑premises today and will migrate to public cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop Java/Spring micro‑services supporting near‑real‑time data flows.
Integrate complex data pipelines and ensure they are resilient and scalable.
Provide technical training and mentorship to fellow engineers.
Maintain high‑performance, secure, and reliable applications throughout the cloud migration.

Required profile

Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Solid background in Java and Spring development, including RESTful APIs.
