Senior Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

TLG Global is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its luxury real estate, hospitality, and investment businesses. Based in Lisbon, you will manage the full hiring lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of corporate and operational positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies that build strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview panels, provide hiring recommendations, and support offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws, and contribute to continuous HR process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience across corporate and operational roles.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and align hiring plans with business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
