Senior HR Generalist – Strategic Partner

About the role

Delnext is seeking a senior HR Generalist to act as a strategic partner for its fast‑growing transport technology business. You will lead the full spectrum of HR activities, driving culture, compliance and talent initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, employer branding and compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence people‑related business decisions.
• Design and execute talent development, succession planning and employee engagement programs.
• Implement digital HR solutions and analytics tools to automate processes and support data‑driven decisions.
• Lead change initiatives, retention strategies and high‑impact HR projects.
• Ensure adherence to Portuguese labor legislation and internal policies.
• Coach, develop and inspire the HR team to maintain a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of comprehensive HR experience covering all subsystems.
• Proven experience in HR team coordination or leadership.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and other digital HR tools.
• Data analysis skills to support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
