About the role

Join ALEBS, the global HR transformation hub of Air Liquide, as a Senior HR Expert based in Lisbon. You will act as the bridge between the centralized Global Business Services (GBS) team and regional HR stakeholders in the Benelux market, ensuring the employee experience benefits from the ongoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the GBS hub in presentations to Works Councils, using French to build trust and transparency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Benelux, aligning local expectations with GBS delivery capabilities.
• Champion a collaborative culture, linking local HR teams with centralized payroll specialists.
• Lead regional HR projects, applying robust project‑management methodologies to deliver transformation initiatives on time.
• Coach the team in handling sensitive employee queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Monitor service levels, oversee on‑ground operations, and conduct payroll quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with proven experience in large‑scale HR transformation.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and presentation abilities.
• Empathetic leadership style with a focus on employee wellbeing.
