Senior HR Business Partner (Product & Tech)

About the role

OLX is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Product and Technology functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive business outcomes and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with the leadership team, especially two C‑level leaders overseeing Tech & Product.
• Advise on people growth strategies, retention, and development of high‑potential talent while addressing performance gaps.
• Monitor and measure progress against the People Agenda, identify trends, and recommend adjustments.
• Facilitate employee engagement action planning and ensure robust development plans for key talent.
• Identify talent development needs and collaborate with the Talent team to create targeted solutions.
• Translate HR programs into actionable initiatives, educate senior leaders, and manage timelines and communications.
• Partner with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee‑relations issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience in an international company, with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence people‑related decisions.
