Senior HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner Manager to act as a strategic HR leader for Enterprise functions across EMEA. You will partner with business and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into people actions that drive performance, culture, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and support business strategy through workforce insights, organization effectiveness, and talent risk identification.
• Design and execute people strategies that enable leadership development, cultural strength, capability building, and responsible AI‑enabled ways of working.
• Lead organization design, operating model, and workforce planning initiatives within a matrixed environment.
• Strengthen culture, inclusion, accountability, and engagement through leader‑owned actions aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo.
• Partner across OneHR to deliver coordinated, integrated solutions that improve business outcomes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience with a strong business partnership mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
• Experience managing change, organization effectiveness, and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate workforce data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse, global teams.
