Senior HR Business Partner – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our pan‑European operations (excluding Germany). You will work closely with Regional Directors and the European Leadership Team to drive HR initiatives that align with business growth across Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Nordics, Benelux and Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in multiple European markets.
• Act as the primary HR lead for employee relations, providing guidance on local labour laws and managing complex cases.
• Design and own the European People Resource Plan, succession planning and career pathways.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure workforce capacity meets current and future demand.
• Lead employee engagement, wellbeing and performance management programmes, adapting them to local cultures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Deep knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices across the covered European jurisdictions.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and cultural awareness to operate in diverse environments.
