Senior GEO/SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote senior individual‑contributor position will shape the global discovery strategy of a fast‑growing platform. You will own the GEO and SEO roadmap, drive experimentation, and ensure the brand remains visible as AI‑powered search reshapes the buyer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global GEO/SEO strategy focused on organic demand, engagement, pipeline and revenue.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks and playbooks that link traditional and generative search performance to business outcomes.
• Partner with Content and Product Marketing to launch targeted campaigns across markets and buyer stages.
• Scale programs that improve visibility, citations and recommendations in AI‑driven search and LLM experiences.
• Identify and secure placements in influential third‑party publications, communities and platforms.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including structured data, entity optimization, crawlability, indexation, internal linking and site architecture.
• Design and run experiments to uncover tactics that boost organic and AI visibility, then codify best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging GEO/SEO tools and technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in GEO/SEO, organic growth or search strategy.
• Hands‑on expertise in technical optimization, content strategy, structured data and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of AI’s impact on discovery and ability to adapt strategies for both traditional and generative search.
• Experience measuring AI mentions, citations, share of voice, prompt performance and linking them to business results.
