Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner at Farfetch, you will drive financial transformation and support the company’s growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager, you will work closely with finance, tech, data, accounting and operations teams to analyse performance, forecast results and influence decision‑making across the global marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Cost control and estimation: act as the finance point of contact for customer reimbursements and compensation, manage accruals and ensure costs are accurately reflected.
• Data analysis and modeling: collaborate with tech and data teams to improve granularity of financial figures, build and adjust internal financial models, and reconcile finance with operations data.
• Operations initiatives portfolio monitoring: provide financial guidance on cost‑optimization projects, conduct recurring reviews with tech and accounting, and track financial impact.
• Mid‑ and long‑term planning: support forecasting and budgeting by collecting trends, incorporating initiatives into models and analysing deviations.
• Performance monitoring and communication: develop reports and dashboards for regular performance discussions with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in business operations.

• Experience in cost control, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
