Controller (M/F) – Porto

About the role

Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is recruiting a Controller for a client based in Porto. In this role you will contribute directly to shaping the future and creating tangible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly PMO validation for profitability control of the most significant projects.
• Backlog follow‑up, ensuring visibility over the company’s future revenues.
• Monitoring of billing and invoicing.
• Support in the monthly market closing process.
• Monitoring of financial performance and key KPIs.
• Support and close follow‑up with business managers and senior management.
• Reporting.
• Support in the preparation and forecasting of annual budgets.
• Ensure timely responses to financial auditors.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in similar roles within consulting, audit or a multinational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Good communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAGE ERP (preferred).
