Senior Expert HR (French speaking)

About the role

Join ALEBS, the global HR hub of Air Liquide Europe Business Services, as a Senior Expert HR focused on the Benelux market. You will act as the bridge between the centralized GBS operations in Lisbon and regional HR stakeholders, ensuring the digital transformation delivers a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the GBS hub in presentations to Works Councils, using French to build trust and transparency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Benelux, aligning local expectations with GBS delivery capabilities.
• Lead regional HR projects, applying robust project‑management methodologies to deliver transformation initiatives on time.
• Coach the team in handling sensitive employee queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Monitor service levels, oversee on‑ground operations, and conduct payroll quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in HR transformation or business‑partner roles.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder trust and align strategic objectives.
• Strong project‑management background with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a high degree of empathy.
