Senior Data Analyst – HR (Hybrid, Lisbon/Porto)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a global organisation’s new HR Controlling team. Working in a hybrid setting from Lisbon or Porto, you will shape HR data standards, support the rollout of a global HR system, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global HR controlling framework with harmonised data definitions.
• Collect, consolidate and standardise HR data from multiple brand systems.
• Build data models, dashboards and reports using SAP BI, Power BI and Excel.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation initiatives.
• Enhance existing HR IT systems and support the implementation of a new group‑wide HR solution.
• Provide stakeholder support to local HR IT teams and business partners across countries.
• Help establish the structures, processes and tools of the new HR Controlling team.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building business intelligence solutions and dynamic dashboards.
• Background in Data Analysis, HR Analytics or Headcount Controlling, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to translate heterogeneous data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders across multiple locations.
