Senior Contracts Associate – Remote

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Contracts Associate to join its Integrated Supply Chain contracting team. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you will work remotely and support the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to administration and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide contract management support throughout the contract lifecycle, including analysis, drafting, negotiation of flow‑downs, interpretation, and dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with non‑standard terms and conditions.
• Advise internal stakeholders, especially the Integrated Supply Chain, on contractual requirements and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and internal partners to ensure high‑quality service.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal procedures, and applicable laws, coordinating with the Law department for review of unusual terms.
• Drive continuous improvement in contract formation speed, quality, and simplicity without compromising compliance.
• Support Honeywell Procurement Contracts and other Integrated Supply Chain initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in contract management or legal support within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for advising internal clients and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
