Senior Contact Center Agent – Roadside Assistance (German Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Contact Center Agent to provide roadside assistance for our customers on a fully remote basis. The role requires fluent German and English communication and focuses on delivering safe, professional, and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide roadside assistance to customers, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Handle incoming phone inquiries, acknowledge and resolve complaints.
• Identify customer needs and guide them through specific product features.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions and technical issues.
• Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions.
• Inform customers about new features and follow up to confirm issue resolution.
• Assist in training new employees when requested by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Customer Care or similar CSR role (preferred).
• Native‑level German or at least C1 proficiency.
• Fluent English.
• Availability for shift‑based schedules.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
