Senior Business Development Lead – Puerto Rico

About the role

We are seeking a senior business development professional who already has strong relationships with business owners, executives, and marketing or communications leaders in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on identifying high‑potential clients, opening doors, and securing meetings with decision‑makers so we can showcase our data‑driven marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential clients in Puerto Rico across consulting, marketing, advertising, communications and research sectors.
• Leverage existing relationships to arrange introductory meetings with senior decision‑makers.
• Present DATA>gut’s services and demonstrate how data‑first insights can support client strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Established relationships with business owners, executives, and marketing or communications leaders in Puerto Rico.
• Proven experience developing new business for consulting, marketing, advertising, communications, research or related services.
• Strong judgment in identifying genuine opportunities where data‑driven insights add value.
• Ability to work independently and communicate confidently with senior decision‑makers.
