Search Expert

About the role

The Search Expert will accelerate adoption and execution of Nestlé’s Search strategy across markets and categories. Working with global, SBU, zone and external partners, the role ensures best‑practice implementation, governance and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support Search across markets in alignment with eBusiness goals, creating Search Packs and building capabilities through training.
• Oversee creation, performance and optimisation of SEO, Paid Search and AI Search campaigns across engines, retailers and platforms.
• Manage Search agencies and partner relationships to maximise effectiveness of future Search initiatives.
• Support adoption of AI Visibility and Search measurement frameworks and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Fluent English and comfortable working in an international, remote team.
• 5+ years of digital marketing or e‑business experience, preferably with large FMCG brands.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into optimisation actions and drive performance.
• Strong project and change‑management experience, able to lead launches and roll‑outs.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
