About the role

The Senior AI & Systems Lead is embedded in the executive office and works directly with the CEO to make AI the default operating layer of the business. This high‑impact, hands‑on role designs and builds AI‑powered systems that improve how the team thinks, executes, and decides across the entire organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain operating systems that power the CEO and executive office using best‑in‑class AI tools.
• Translate fragmented, unstructured inputs (calls, documents, materials) into durable workflows and execution models.
• Continuously audit the CEO’s time, workflows, decisions, and output to identify inefficiencies.
• Eliminate low‑leverage work through AI, automation, and system design.
• Ensure leadership operates inside structured systems rather than relying on memory or manual follow‑ups.
• Architect and build AI‑first workflows using large language models and automation platforms.

Required profile

• Views AI as the default way work gets done, not just a tool.
• Systems‑obsessed with a relentless focus on leverage, integration, automation, and speed.
• Deep fluency in modern AI tooling and the ability to ship functional solutions without prolonged experimentation.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI‑powered systems that scale across fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
