Search Expert – Global Search Strategy

About the role

As a Search Expert you will partner with Category Digital Leads to design and roll out a holistic search strategy across Nestlé Business Solutions markets. You will coordinate with local teams, external agencies and technology partners to accelerate the achievement of search‑related objectives and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified search strategy, assessing brand and market search maturity.
• Oversee the performance, optimisation and reporting of all SEO and SEM campaigns across search engines, e‑retailers, voice platforms and emerging LLM‑based channels.
• Manage search agencies to maximise keyword acquisition, audience targeting, analysis and continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate the localisation of keyword strategies in line with business goals, identifying content gaps and growth opportunities.
• Lead capability‑building initiatives for market teams, including webinars and written guidelines.
• Establish governance models, processes and ways of working to ensure consistent deployment of the search strategy.
• Promote the adoption of global search frameworks, shared services and recommended tools.
• Produce regular performance reports and share best‑practice insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within large FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of delivering on search‑related KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
