Social Media Manager

About the role

Bluedot, an AI‑powered meeting platform used by over 100,000 companies, is looking for a Social Media Manager to turn its social channels into a primary acquisition engine. You will shape the content strategy, lead product launches on social, and work closely with creators to ensure cohesive paid and organic campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Bluedot’s LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X accounts.
• Plan and execute a content calendar, including posts, short videos, scripts, captions and founder‑driven pieces.
• Lead product launch communication: develop launch plans, sequence channels, coordinate creator timing and manage launch‑day execution.
• Coordinate daily creator activities: briefings, deadlines, draft reviews, feedback and publishing schedules.
• Transform product updates, demos and customer stories into platform‑specific content.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, sign‑ups, and creator effectiveness.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate content production and creator coordination.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on social and launch strategy and gather case studies.

Required profile

• Creates original content and maintains an active personal audience.
• Excellent English writing skills for hooks, short posts, video scripts and launch copy.
• Highly organized, data‑driven and able to move quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async‑first environment.
• Genuine interest in AI products and emerging technologies.
