SCM Product Area Supply Planning Manager (1-year contract)

About the role

The SCM Product Area Supply Planning Manager will lead a medium‑complexity digital product within the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) portfolio. This is a one‑year fixed‑term position focused on delivering product strategy, managing the backlog, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and user stories, balancing short‑term operational needs (12‑month horizon) with long‑term readiness (3+ years).
• Own product delivery, coordinate with other product owners, and manage dependencies to meet committed release dates.
• Represent the product to internal stakeholders, capture requirements, and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with agile teams.
• Provide acceptance of delivered features based on a clear definition‑of‑done and ensure continuous improvement of the product.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Sourcing, and global SCM functions to drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SCM, supply planning, or related product ownership roles.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable product initiatives.
