Castro Lighting is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Member who speaks English to join its international team. The role involves working with a global client base and helping to grow a premium interior lighting and furniture brand.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with international customers to promote and sell interior decorative lighting and furniture.
- Contribute to the growth of the brand by achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop market opportunities.

- Dynamic personality with a strong interest in sales activities.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong results orientation and target‑driven mindset.
- Resilient with the ability to handle challenges and adversity.
- High degree of responsibility, initiative, organization, and commitment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and integrate easily.
- Willingness to travel as required.
