Senior Key Account Manager – Portugal

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to be responsible for a portfolio of top food partners in Porto. You will build strong relationships, manage accounts and implement strategies that grow partners’ business inside Glovo while achieving your targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through proactive communication, partner meetings and business reviews.
• Evaluate, follow up and report on portfolio KPIs, taking actions to meet company OKRs.
• Draw and execute growth plans through promo negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance optimisation.
• Sign preferred partnerships, optimise visibility with marketing kits and merchandising.
• Improve revenue by renegotiating commissions and selling assets.
• Develop action plans for churned or inactive partners and enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery is preferred.
• Native Portuguese and English language skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth scale‑up.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
