Sales Specialist (French & English) – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Specialist who speaks French and English to join our customer retention team. The role is fully remote within Portugal and focuses on driving loyalty, reducing churn, and increasing revenue for a global digital brand.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to secure loyalty.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that boosts engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset focused on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.
