Sales Representative – Samsung Appliances (Puerto Rico)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to join Digital Appliance’s team in Puerto Rico. You will be the front‑line contact for customers interested in Samsung appliances, monitors, televisions and commercial displays, guiding them from the first inquiry through post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retail and commercial clients in person, presenting product features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs, prepare and follow up on quotations, and process orders.
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems and coordinate inventory and delivery with internal teams.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in product training, support promotional activities and conduct regular client visits across Puerto Rico and nearby islands.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities, including relationship building, negotiation and follow‑up.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical features in clear language.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and consumer electronics with a willingness to learn.
• Organised, able to manage multiple interactions and keep precise documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using digital tools for lead, order and inventory tracking.
