About the role

Archer is seeking motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join its Malta office. The position is fully on‑site in Ta' Xbiex and offers a fast‑track career path where high performance leads to rapid promotion and uncapped earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for high‑value finance, legal and tech sectors.
• Conduct outreach, presentations and negotiations with premium clients.
• Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM.
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders for mentorship and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing sales roles such as BDR, SDR, Account Executive or similar.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
• High confidence, resilience and a strong drive to exceed targets.
• Desire to build a long‑term career with clear growth and recognition.
