Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage premium clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing high‑value contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and corporate partners.
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders for mentorship and continuous improvement.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing sales roles such as BDR, SDR, Account Executive, or similar.
• Proven ability to close deals and nurture long‑term relationships.
• High confidence, resilience and a drive to outperform expectations.
• Ambition to build a long‑term career with clear growth and recognition.
