Sales Assistant (20 hrs) – Retail – Lisbon

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store in Lisbon on a 20‑hour weekly basis. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and helping shoppers discover the story behind our work‑wear collections.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers and translate brand narratives into the retail environment.
- Drive sales by meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Replenish merchandise, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and understand the business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, outgoing attitude.
- Effective selling abilities.
- Fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus.
