Sales Account Executive – AI‑Driven Recruitment Solutions

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑native recruitment platform that helps enterprises compress hiring timelines from months to days. As a Sales Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle, targeting mid‑market and enterprise customers in the UK and driving revenue growth for our fast‑growing HRTech solution.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage and nurture leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct discovery calls, demos and solution presentations for HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.
• Manage complex sales cycles from qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and quota targets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, preferably as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue quotas.
• Strong understanding of the UK market, procurement processes and buyer behavior.
• Experience selling to HR, talent acquisition or recruitment technology buyers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Consultative and solution‑selling expertise.
• Ability to manage full‑cycle sales processes.
