Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

As a Room Attendant at JNcQUOI House, you will be the front‑line guardian of the guest experience, ensuring each room and public space reflects the brand’s high standards of luxury, cleanliness, and comfort. Your meticulous work will help create an effortless and personalized stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required.
• Stock rooms with all necessary supplies and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles in luxury hotels is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and service‑oriented demeanor.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
