About the role

We are looking for an Internal Logistics Manager to lead the internal logistics team at Bosch’s Aveiro site. The role ensures seamless material flow to production lines, supports the Home Comfort division and contributes to Bosch’s sustainability and innovation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the internal logistics team responsible for physical material flows.
• Ensure timely supply of all components from internal production and warehouse to production lines according to defined standards.
• Define and implement logistics concepts such as supermarkets, line‑side supply models and milk‑run distribution systems.
• Continuously optimise internal logistics layouts and material flows to improve efficiency, transparency and operational performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional operational changes with Production, Process Engineering and other value‑chain stakeholders.
• Support the development and rollout of scalable logistics solutions for strategic projects.
• Maintain correct configuration of logistics systems, including kanban boards, regulating circuits and supply areas.
• Foster strong collaboration between Logistics, Production, Planning, Purchasing and Engineering.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost efficiency and delivery performance.
• Develop team competencies through training, coaching and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing internal logistics or material flow in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multi‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and cost reduction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
