Documentation Specialist – Freight

About the role

We are looking for a Documentation Specialist (Freight) to ensure all transportation activities related to the Nestlé Professional (Obsidian Project) are compliant, cost‑effective, and properly documented. You will define schedules and delivery modes, guarantee document clearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation while collaborating with warehouse, purchasing, and other managers to optimise processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the movement of goods.
• Research ideal shipping routes and carriers.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
• Organise shipment schedules, quantities, and delivery modes.
• Ensure all required documentation is prepared and accurate.
• Accountability for goods arriving to the customer.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or a relevant field.
• Solid understanding of logistics.
• Competence in international transportation and shipping.
• Good knowledge of SAP navigation.
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Import/export regulation knowledge.
