Transport Planner & Logistics Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

As a Transport Planner & Logistics Process Improvement Specialist at Bosch Group, you will drive logistics efficiency across inbound and outbound operations. You will coordinate improvement initiatives, implement digital and AI‑based solutions, and support day‑to‑day transport planning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics improvement initiatives focused on service levels, on‑time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Define, implement and document new processes, leveraging digitalisation, automation and AI.
• Analyse logistics KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decision making.
• Plan and execute daily outbound transport activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate transport schedules, resolve planning issues and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in transport planning, inbound/outbound logistics coordination and SAP logistics processes (S/4HANA exposure is a plus).
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• SAP logistics processes (experience with S/4HANA preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes and transport planning.
