Requirements Engineer – Residential Heat Pumps

About the role
Join Bosch's cross‑functional systems engineering team in Aveiro, working on residential heat pump products with close collaboration across Germany and Sweden. You will ensure high‑quality requirements are defined, traced and delivered to support successful product introductions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain consistent requirements engineering across projects, ensuring quality, traceability and alignment.
- Lead requirements reviews, establish baselines and guarantee compliance with RE processes.
- Manage requirements, changes and open questions using Jira‑R4J.
- Apply systems‑engineering principles, the V‑Model and product‑lifecycle knowledge to create structured, reusable requirements.
- Resolve requirement conflicts, dependencies and open questions to drive cross‑domain alignment.
- Promote digitalisation through requirements‑engineering tools and processes.
- Collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams in Aveiro, Wernau and Tranås, with occasional travel.
- Act as the central contact for requirements management in heat‑pump development projects.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, physics or a related discipline.
- 2‑3+ years of experience in requirements engineering, preferably in heat‑pump or related fields.
- Structured, initiative‑taking, technology‑affine and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, methodically and present complex issues clearly.
- Willingness to travel mainly within Europe.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Jira‑R4J (or similar RE tools such as Polarion).
- Knowledge of systems‑engineering methods and the V‑Model.
