About the role
Sqwad is looking for a Remote Telesales Team Leader to manage a group of 10‑15 sales agents. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and developing your team’s skills while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a remote telesales team of 10‑15 members.
- Set performance targets, monitor results and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, compliance standards and quality guidelines.
- Analyse individual and team metrics to drive productivity and sales outcomes.
- Participate in client review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Fluent German speaker.
- Strong background in telesales, preferably with exposure to personal insurance.
