Remote Car Repair Support – Norwegian Market

About the role

Join Bosch's Service Solutions team to provide first‑level technical assistance for cars, light‑goods vehicles and heavy‑goods vehicles serving the Norwegian market. You will work remotely or from the Lisbon office, handling calls, emails and other communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls, emails and requests for technical support.
• Analyse technical problems, perform root‑cause analysis and guide customers to solutions.
• Achieve a 1st‑level resolution rate of 50% after 6 months and 70% after 12 months.
• Follow defined work instructions, escalation procedures and track incidents in the internal incident‑management system.
• Collaborate with other Bosch sites, departments and colleagues to ensure smooth information flow.
• Contribute to the FAQ and knowledge database.

Required profile

• Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive service technician or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in vehicle workshops (cars, LGV or HGV).
• Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (B2) – written and spoken.
• Customer‑oriented, methodical troubleshooting approach and ability to work under pressure.
