Remote Car Repair Support for Finnish Market

About the role

We are looking for a remote technical support specialist who will assist Finnish customers with car, light‑goods‑vehicle and heavy‑goods‑vehicle issues. The role involves handling calls, emails and other communication channels, providing first‑level troubleshooting and ensuring a high resolution rate.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming calls, emails and requests for first‑level technical support.
• Analyse technical problems, perform root‑cause analysis and guide customers through solutions.
• Achieve a 1st‑level resolution rate of 50 % after six months and 70 % after twelve months.
• Follow defined work instructions, escalation procedures and document incidents in the internal management system.
• Collaborate with other Bosch sites, departments and colleagues to ensure smooth support processes.
• Contribute to the FAQ and knowledge database with relevant information.

Required profile

• Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience working in automotive workshops with cars, LGV or HGV.
• Fluent Finnish (C1) and English (B2) – additional European languages are a plus.
• Customer‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Root cause analysis of vehicle technical issues.

• Basic knowledge of IT systems (advantageous).
