Customer Care Coordinator – French & Iberian Markets

About the role

Shotgun is a platform for live music event organisers and touring artists, supporting ticket sales, brand building and fan connection. As Care Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for users, making sure they have the best experience from ticket purchase through to the event day. The position is based in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user requests and respond appropriately and quickly, in line with the general terms and conditions
• Spot recurring issues and propose solutions such as automation, macros and shortcuts
• Share information about customer issues and suggestions with tech, product, production and logistics teams to improve the user experience
• Help improve or diversify app and website content related to customer experience (FAQ, refund policy, etc.) and related processes
• Keep in touch with international teams and prioritise teamwork

Required profile

• Fluent French and Portuguese, with a good level of written and spoken English
• Structured, organised and rigorous, and able to work autonomously
• Eager to learn and committed to a fast-growing startup
• A first experience in customer service is not mandatory if you have the right mindset
