Regulatory & Conduct Office Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

The Regulatory and Conduct Office Manager will support the Wealth Management Conduct and Control Office within the Global Asian and International Markets division. Based in Lisbon, the role ensures regulatory compliance, monitors non‑financial risks and contributes to a culture of ethical behavior across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and support governance committee meetings by collecting and analysing data from WM GAIM locations.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and produce internal documentation such as Conduct Watch reports.
• Develop and roll out training and awareness roadmaps, updating global supporting materials.
• Coordinate regulatory and conduct certification processes and produce related reports.
• Analyse regulatory impacts on processes, update documentation and manage related projects.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to project programme managers and business leaders, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in audit, control, compliance or related functions within the banking sector.
• Project‑management experience and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and collaborative mindset.
