Reddit Team Manager

About the role

We are a creator management agency looking for a dedicated Reddit Team Manager to own and scale our Reddit operations. You will lead a team of virtual assistants, ensure traffic growth for our models, and maintain high‑quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily VA reports, quickly identify issues, and hold the team accountable.
• Track subreddit performance, identify declining communities, and propose new testing opportunities.
• Manage account routing, warm‑up handoffs, and scaling processes.
• Monitor content usage and performance metrics.
• Coach VAs on caption writing with direct, specific feedback.
• Escalate urgent problems such as shadowbans, broken links, verification issues, or sudden traffic drops.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of Reddit mechanics, subreddit filtering, and engagement vs. karma farming.
• Proven experience managing people rather than just performing tasks yourself.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in subreddits, captions, or VA performance.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and making data‑driven decisions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and computer.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of 19,000 (currency not specified) plus performance bonus.
