Recruitment Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will connect top talent with our clients’ opportunities, managing the full recruitment cycle in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for client positions and posting adverts to attract top talent.
• Screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates, presenting CVs with profile assessments to clients.
• Coordinating interview schedules, providing feedback, and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or Talent Sourcer.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and pay great attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the end‑to‑end recruitment process and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong sourcing skills using various recruitment platforms.
• Proficient level of English.
