Recruitment Specialist – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

SpeakIt is looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join its multilingual team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, combining office days with remote work, and focuses on delivering a seamless end‑to‑end hiring experience for a variety of client positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for client vacancies.
• Present shortlisted profiles with tailored summaries to hiring managers.
• Match candidates to job requirements, evaluate descriptions and ensure cultural fit.
• Publish job adverts and conduct database and external CV searches.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from the candidate’s perspective.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and contribute to team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Advanced sourcing techniques, including database searches and CV sourcing.
