Recruitment Coordinator – Early Careers & Operations

About the role

As an Early Careers & Recruitment Operations Coordinator, you will support Efficio’s global recruitment function by ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience and efficient interview processes. You will work closely with consultants, recruiters and hiring managers across multiple regions, helping to attract and onboard high‑calibre talent for both consulting and business services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in internal systems.
• Prepare contracts, set up employee profiles and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Document and continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across global offices, managing candidate communications throughout the process.
• Support the global early‑careers programme, including screening applications, facilitating virtual assessment centres, gathering interview feedback and managing offer approvals.
• Assist candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition.

Required profile

• Well‑rounded education; a bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or operations‑focused role.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
